The fourth-seeded Indiana Pacers will face the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Sunday at 3 p.m. PST at Rocket Arena.
The Pacers won their regular-season series against the Cavaliers 3-1 and advanced past the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round, securing a dramatic 119-118 overtime victory in Game 5.
They ended the series with a 3-2 record against the spread (ATS), while the Over hit in three of the final four games.
Pascal Siakam led the Pacers with 19.8 points per game, while Tyrese Haliburton averaged 17.6 PPG and 11.6 assists per game.
The Cavaliers swept the Miami Heat in the first round, including a dominant 138-83 victory in Game 4.
They won three of the four games by at least 21 points, averaging a victory margin of 30.5 PPG. Darius Garland led the Cavaliers with 24.0 PPG, followed closely by Donovan Mitchell at 23.8 PPG.
The Pacers +8.5 (-110) is the pick as they face a Cavaliers team that might be a bit rusty after not having played since April 28.
