Nevada sportsbooks took in $133.8 million in wagers on the Super Bowl, the lowest handle in the past 10 years, based on numbers released Monday, February 9, 2026, by the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB).

Across Nevada, the state’s 186 sportsbooks reported $133,813,230 wagered on the game. As a result, books finished with an unaudited win of $9,892,055 and a 7.4 percent hold, the board said. In addition, NGCB Chairman Mike Dreitzer said the unaudited numbers show sportsbooks kept 7.4 percent of the money wagered.

Meanwhile, the board’s 10-year table shows 2026 was the smallest Super Bowl handle on its list, lower than every year shown back to 2017. For example, the handle was $151.6 million in 2025. In contrast, it hit $190.0 million in 2024, when Las Vegas hosted Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium.
