Klint Kubiak’s first Raiders training camp will start with Kirk Cousins taking the first snap at quarterback. Still, Tuesday’s news conference covered much more than the quarterback room.

Kubiak laid out the broader shape of camp in Las Vegas. The Raiders have a team-first standard, a healthy roster, Maxx Crosby ready to go, Jermod McCoy set to practice and several jobs still open.

That is the fuller snapshot before the Raiders take the field.
