Anthony Edwards came close to a triple-double, finishing with 17 points, 13 rebounds, and eight assists.
Despite being without Julius Randle (groin) and Rudy Gobert (back), the Timberwolves beat the Thunder twice in just 11 days.
Minnesota boasts the sixth-best scoring defense in the league, allowing 109 points per game, and they hold opponents to a shooting percentage of 45.8%, which ranks seventh in the league.
Los Angeles
The Lakers are fresh off an emotional 107-99 win over the Mavericks on Tuesday. Luka Doncic delivered a triple-double against his former team, posting 19 points, 15 rebounds, and 12 assists.
Just prior, he scored 32 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and dished out seven assists in a solid 123-100 victory over a tough Denver Nuggets squad, showcasing the chemistry developing within the revamped Lakers roster.

LeBron James took charge in the fourth quarter, contributing 16 of his 27 points during that stretch as the Lakers held a slim one-point lead going into the final period against Dallas.
At 40, James is averaging an impressive 24.7 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 8.7 assists per game, proving he’s still a formidable presence on the court.
He is listed as probable for Thursday’s game, and the Lakers hold a 16-11 record (59.3%) against the spread at home this season.
Timberwolves-Lakers Best Bet
This is the matchup to watch tonight! I’m backing the Timberwolves to cover the 6.5-point spread. The Timberwolves aren’t losing by 7 points to the Lakers in this one.
They just had their best win of the season, even without Rudy Gobert, Randle, and almost all of Edwards. I believe Edwards will have a standout performance in Hollywood and lead his team to cover the 6.5-point spread.
Best Bet: Timberwolves +6.5 points at -115 odds.
