LAS VEGAS — The Golden Knights beat the Minnesota Wild 4-3 in overtime on Saturday. The win evened the series at 2-2.
Shea Theodore gave the Golden Knights an early 1-0 lead in the first period. Marco Rossi scored to even the game at 1-1. Marcus Foligno gave the Wild a 2-1 lead to end the second period.
Nicolas Roy and Tomas Hertl both scored in the third period to give Vegas a 3-2 lead. Jared Spurgeon added a goal late for the Wild to tie the game at 3-3 and force overtime.
Ivan Barbashev won the game for the Golden Knights in overtime. Adin Hill was tremendous in this one with 29 saves and 3 goals allowed.
The Golden Knights host the Wild in game 5 on Tuesday, April 29th.
