The UNLV Runnin’ Rebels take a road trip to San Jose State on Tuesday night for 7 p.m. showdown.
The team has won three of their last four games, smothering opponents to 55.3 points per game and 36.8 percent from the floor during their three-game win streak

In their last game, the Runnin’ Rebels were without guard and leading scorer Dedan Thomas, Jr due to an injury.
Jailen Bedford led the Runnin’ Rebels with 17 points off the bench in their 61-53 loss to Colorado State. Jeremiah Cherry added 16 points and six rebounds. Jalen Hill added 10 points, eight rebounds, and two steals.
The Runnin’ Rebels struggled at the free-throw line, only connecting 7 of its 17 free-throw attempts.
San Jose State comes in this game after an 82-73 road win against Wyoming on Saturday, which snapped the four-game winning streak.
The Spartans are led by Josh Uduje, averaging 16.4 points per game.
Will McClendon is the Spartans’ second leading scorer, averaging 12.0 points per game, followed by Latrell Davis with 11.6 points per game.
San Jose was predicted to finish eighth in the Mountain West Conference in this season’s coaches’ poll.
In their last meeting this season, on Jan. 4, the Runnin’ Rebels were victorious 79-73.
