For the second consecutive season, LSU baseball will participate in a Live Like Lou event. Next season, the event will be held on the West Coast.
The program announced Thursday that the Tigers will compete in the 2027 Live Like Lou Las Vegas College Baseball Classic. The three-day event will take place March 5-7 at Las Vegas Ballpark, home of the Athletics’ triple-A affiliate.
Arizona State, Iowa, and Oregon State complete the four-team field. Each team will play the others once, with two games scheduled per day.
After the Live Like Lou event, LSU will stay in Las Vegas to play UNLV at Earl E. Wilson Stadium on Monday, March 8.
This is the first announced portion of LSU’s 2027 schedule and will likely include a ranked matchup against Oregon State.
LSU went undefeated in last season’s Live Like Lou Classic in Jacksonville, Florida, defeating Indiana, UCF, and Notre Dame.
