WNBA: Continues To Making Noise In The Collectable Industry

The WNBA continues to make their name known off the court, with their newest reuniting collab with Ghostwrite collectable company. This new and exclusive release is just another way the WNBA is looking to take over the world by storm.

The WNBA continues to grow its presence off the court with its latest collaboration with Ghostwrite Collectible Co. The release features 15 WNBA stars and legends in a trendy blind-box format.

Each figure stands just under 3 inches tall and includes a matching crown, Ghostwrite’s signature touch across its line. The 2025 WNBA season edition includes players such as A’ja Wilson, Hailey Van Lith and Angel Reese.

The figures officially hit the market Feb. 3 in an auction-style release on Ghostwrite’s website that runs through Feb. 6. Right now, the only known retailer carrying them is 3D Retro, a shop near the Las Vegas Strip in Chinatown known for its selection of hard-to-find collectibles.

This new release looks highly exclusive, especially when you compare it to the 2024 season edition, which is now listed for more than $500 per case of 12 boxes. The current auction price is already up to $375 per case. With two days still left, that number could climb fast.

The demand for WNBA collectibles keeps rising. It started with WNBA player bag clips sold at retailers like Target, where fans treated even finding one as a win. With supply tight and demand high, many buyers turned to Amazon preorders just to secure one.

This kind of limited drop is another example of how the WNBA is expanding its reach and turning momentum into a full-blown collectibles wave.
