The Dallas Stars will face the Winnipeg Jets in Game 1 of their Western Conference semifinal series on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. PST at Canada Life Centre in Winnipeg.
The Jets won the regular-season matchup 3-1.
Both teams come off dramatic Game 7 victories. The Stars trailed 2-0 against the Colorado Avalanche but rallied for four straight goals, helped by Mikko Rantanen’s hat trick.
There’s optimism that Jason Robertson may return after missing the first round, while Miro Heiskanen’s status remains uncertain.
The Jets survived a grueling series against the St. Louis Blues, with Adam Lowry scoring in double overtime of Game 7.
They lost Mark Scheifele and Josh Morrissey to upper-body injuries. Scheifele is expected back for this game, but Morrissey is out. The Jets went 4-0 at home in the first round.

These goalies are too talented to allow a ton of goals in this series. I’ll take Under 6 goals as the best bet in this one.
