- What: NBA Eastern Conference Playoffs First Round Game 3
- When: April 25, 2025
- Who: Indiana Pacers vs. Milwaukee Bucks
- Time: 5:00 p.m. PST
- Where: Fiserv Forum (Milwaukee, WI)
The Indiana Pacers, the fourth seed, will take on the fifth-seeded Milwaukee Bucks in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference first-round series on Friday at Fiserv Forum, leading the series 2-0. Tip-off is at 5 p.m. PST.
In the regular season, the Bucks won the series 3-1. The Pacers won Game 1 117-98 and followed up with a 123-115 victory in Game 2, covering the spread both times.
In Game 2, Pascal Siakam posted 24 points and 11 rebounds, while Tyrese Haliburton contributed 21 points and 12 assists. The Pacers seem like a better team at this point in the season.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 34 points in Game 2, but Damian Lillard, returning from injury, struggled with just 14 points.
While the Bucks covered the spread in all four regular-season meetings, I’m backing the Pacers to cover in Game 3.
They have shown themselves to be the deeper and stronger team so far, ranking second in offensive efficiency this postseason.
Despite Lillard’s return, the Bucks supporting cast hasn’t convinced me as reliable favorites. If the Bucks win, it will likely be a close game.
I’ll take the Pacers to cover the spread against the Bucks in this one as the best bet.
Best Bet: Pacers +5.5 at -115 odds
