Tonight will not decide what the Raiders are under Klint Kubiak, but it will start showing which parts of training camp can travel into a game.

The Raiders host the Arizona Cardinals at 5 p.m. Thursday at Allegiant Stadium for their preseason opener. Las Vegas enters as a 2.5-point favorite, but the spread matters less than the evaluation runway Kubiak and his staff are about to start.
