Raiders rookie corners Jermod McCoy and Hezekiah Masses are already pushing into the rotation picture after the first unofficial depth chart. McCoy is working back from a long layoff, while Masses wants to answer questions about his physicality in the preseason opener.

The Raiders’ first unofficial depth chart came out Monday, but the more interesting story was standing at the podium.

Jermod McCoy and Hezekiah Masses are no longer just rookie corners trying to survive camp. They are already part of the early rotation picture before the preseason opener, and both sounded like players who understand what this first game can mean.
