Aces get Vegas lights for final playoff push

Aces playoff push now moves back under the Vegas lights after a draining 2-3 road trip ended in New York. Las Vegas has seven 7 p.m. starts, eight home games and only three road games left to build consistency before the playoffs.

The Strip has always belonged to the night.

Long before the Las Vegas Aces became one of the city’s defining teams, the Rat Pack helped make the same stretch of desert famous after dark. The signs came alive, the marquees glowed and Las Vegas became something different once the sun disappeared.

The Aces have found a similar rhythm this season.

The schedule has not been kind lately.

From here, it might be.

The Strip will provide the lights, and the Aces have 11 games to show what they can do under them.
