Las Vegas Raiders star was nearly traded to the Baltimore Ravens in March 2026. However, the deal fell through after he failed his physical. Since then, the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles have emerged as potential destinations for Crosby. This potential trade has captured the attention of many nfl fans. Indeed, news is circulating throughout the league.

While the Raiders have expressed interest in keeping Maxx Crosby to rebuild, rival teams continue to monitor his status. They do so in the broader context of nfl movement.

According to prominent insiders from the nfl, the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles have been linked to Crosby. This connection has emerged in recent weeks.

Trading Maxx Crosby would immediately save the Raiders approximately $25.7 million against this year’s salary cap. This is a significant number for any nfl franchise.

However, the team would incur a minor dead cap hit of approximately $5.1 million to $5.8 million. This figure is typical in nfl trades of this nature.

Any team acquiring Maxx Crosby must have at least $29.85 million in available cap space. This requirement applies when the nfl trade is finalized.

Trading Maxx Crosby would free nearly $26 million in cap space for the Raiders. This would enable them to pursue free agents more aggressively, as many teams do in the nfl offseason.

For the Dallas Cowboys, acquiring Maxx Crosby would allow them to pair him with Micah Parsons, strengthening their defense for the upcoming season. However, Crosby may be too costly given the team’s current $13.1 million in available cap space, a challenge many nfl teams face.

For the Philadelphia Eagles, trading for Maxx Crosby may be more feasible since moving A.J. Brown has freed up significant cap space and changed their position in the nfl landscape.
