- What: NHL Western Conference Playoffs Semifinals Game 4
- When: May 12, 2025
- Who: Vegas Golden Knights vs. Edmonton Oilers
- Time: 6:30 p.m. PST
- Where: Rogers Centre (Edmonton, AB)
The Vegas Golden Knights will play the Edmonton Oilers in Game 4 of their Western Conference semifinals series on Monday. The puck drops at 6:30 p.m. ET at Rogers Place.
The Oilers currently lead the series 2-1. In Game 3, the Golden Knights secured a 4-3 win as +104 underdogs, thanks to a last-second goal from Reilly Smith.
After trailing early, Vegas scored three unanswered goals to claim the victory.
Edmonton’s loss ended a six-game winning streak. Corey Perry scored twice, but the Oilers conceded the game-winner in the final seconds.
Stuart Skinner, who started in net after Calvin Pickard was scratched, has now lost three straight postseason games.
In goal, Adin Hill (5-4, 3.14 GAA) will face Skinner (0-3, 5.36 GAA). Hill improved after a shaky start in Game 3, while Skinner struggles to find his form, allowing four or more goals in every playoff game.
With Skinner yet to secure a win, the Golden Knights will likely score easily again. If Hill can perform well, Vegas should come out on top.
I think Vegas figured something out last game. It feels like the momentum has shifted, so I’m taking the Golden Knights on the money line in this one.
