Las Vegas Raiders head coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Spytek held their introductory press conference on Monday at Intermountain Health Performance Center.
The conference served as the first chance for Raiders fans to get a glimpse into the future that Carroll and Spytek hope to bring to Las Vegas.
Needless to say, Raider Nation responded positively, showcasing an enthusiasm they have needed for a long time.

You’re about to see major roster turnover and a complete shift in culture. If the player doesn’t buy in then they’re down the road. Could take a year or 2 but relevance is again in the Raiders future. Be patient.
