Las Vegas Raiders All-Pro wide receiver Davante Adams has requested a trade from the Silver and Black today. Speculation started to mount when head coach Antonio Pierce liked a social media post that stated Adams could be traded if the Raiders were able to find the right value for him. Adams said that there’s been no communication with anyone from the team. This situation has clearly soured and has soured fast.
Throughout Davante Adams time with the Raiders, he was visibly upset with the Raiders quarterback play. People started to speculate how much time would Adams have left in Las Vegas if the QB play is subpar. Looks like Adams could have possibly played his last snap with the Raiders at this point.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter tweeted out that Raiders have informed other teams that they would “consider” trading WR Davante Adams for a package that would include a second-round pick and additional compensation.
Without a doubt the Raiders are only going to trade Adams if they get enough in return for him. Adams isn’t known to be a bad locker room guy and his teammates generally like him. Unless someone makes an offer that the Raiders can’t refuse, it’s a good chance that Adams can remain with the Silver and Black for at least the duration of this season.
Potential trade partners
Certainly the Raiders would not want to trade Adams within the division but every team in their division is making a playmaker to the caliber of Adams. It’s safe to say that the Chargers, Chiefs, and Broncos have all called the Raiders front office and has made an inquiry on Adams.
