Reed-Francois, an Arizona law school graduate, previously served as UNLV’s athletic director for four years before leaving in 2021 to take on the same role at Missouri, an SEC school. During her tenure at UNLV, she made several noteworthy hires, including Marcus Arroyo as the head football coach, T. J. Otzelberger as the men’s basketball coach, and Lindy La Rocque as the women’s basketball coach. After Otzelberger left for Iowa State, she hired Kevin Kruger as the current head coach of the Runnin’ Rebels.
Reed-Francois was responsible for overseeing the development of the Fertitta Football Complex and the agreement to have UNLV play at Allegiant Stadium.
