The Athletics began a six-game Las Vegas homestand this week. This marks their first regular season games in Southern Nevada in over thirty years.

The Athletics will face the Milwaukee Brewers Monday to Wednesday and the Colorado Rockies Friday to Sunday at Las Vegas Ballpark. Each game day, the plaza outside the ballpark will feature live entertainment. In addition, there will be food trucks, photo opportunities, and autograph signings by Athletics alumni. Unique fan giveaways will be distributed at each game on a first-come, first-served basis.

Giveaway Details

On Tuesday, the featured fan giveaway will be an Athletics-branded flag. The game against the Brewers is scheduled to begin at 7:05 p.m.

On Wednesday, early arriving fans at the final game against the Brewers, scheduled for 6:05 p.m., will receive an Athletics sun hat as a giveaway.

After a break on Thursday, the Athletics will begin a three-game series against the Rockies on Friday. Friday’s fan giveaway is an Athletics baseball cap. The game starts at 7:05 p.m.

On Saturday, the Athletics will host activities at the Downtown Summerlin Farmers Market. These activities will feature regular vendors, baseball-themed giveaways, music, and appearances by Athletics alumni. The market operates from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will include a giveaway of a poster illustrating the blueprint of the Athletics’ Las Vegas ballpark. This ballpark is currently under construction at the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue.

On Sunday, the final game of the six-game Las Vegas series begins at 12:05 p.m., with temperatures expected to reach 100 degrees. The fan giveaway is a limited edition bobblehead of Athletics first baseman Nick Kurtz.

After the game, fans aged 14 and younger may run the bases. Participants should line up on the concourse above Sections 102 and 103. The line will close 15 minutes after the game ends.
