LAS VEGAS — The Las Vegas Aces beat the Washington Mystics 75-72. Jewell Lloyd hit the game-winning three-point shot off a key pass with seconds remaining on the clock.
The Aces struggled to get their offense going early, trailing the Mystics 59-50 after three quarters.
Jackie Young led the Aces with 25 points, five rebounds, and three assists. A’ja Wilson added 15 points, 12 rebounds and five assists. She recorded her 500th career assist in this game.
Chelsea Gray added 17 points, four rebounds, and two assists. On the other side of the court, the Mystics had four players in double digits.
Sonia Citron led the Mystics with 19 points, and Kiki Iriafen added 17 points along with 13 rebounds.
The Aces will travel to Seattle to face the Storm on Sunday, May 25th.
