WrestleMania Sunday is kicking off with a bang, starting with the triple threat match between WWE Women’s Champion Iyo Sky, Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley.

The start of the match showed Sky continuing to embrace the underdog role, with Belair and Ripley mostly focused on each other. However, Sky makes both of them regret that with her signature high-flying offense, forcing near falls on both.

Despite being booed, Belair brought the Las Vegas crowd to their feet by showcasing her strength and slamming Sky into the mat. Sky tries to get some momentum with a dive to the outside, only to be slammed into the barricade by Belair!

Ripley hits the Razor’s Edge on Sky, throwing the champion into Belair. Near fall for Ripley as the match continued on!

The pace quickens now, with Ripley, Belair and Sky all falling from the top rope as the match continues. Big moves and near falls for the next few minutes, with Ripley hitting a Riptide on Belair. She tries the same with Sky from the top rope, only to be reversed. A failed moonsault from Sky puts her in position for a KOD from Belair! Ripley breaks up the pin at two!

Ripley take Sky out of the equation momentarily for a final confrontation with Belair. Belair uses her braid as a weapon and hits a KOD on Ripley, only for Sky to hit a moonsault on both to break up the pin! Sky retains in a thrilling first match!

This has been the best match of the weekend so far, and it sets up a great night of action to come.
