Fan Reactions: Kevin Krueger out at UNLV

As reported by Dice City Sports, UNLV Men’s Basketball coach Kevin Krueger is out after the program’s failed attempts to make the NCAA Tournament in any of his four seasons at the helm.

During his time at UNLV, Krueger was 75-55.

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Coach Kruger for his hard work, commitment, and dedication over the past four years as head coach of the Runnin’ Rebels,” UNLV Director of Athletics Erick Harpe said in a statement released by the school.

Fans on X react to the sudden news of Krueger’s firing. Some fans aren’t surprised at the move from UNLV, while some are already coming up with possible replacements for Krueger.

The Runnin’ Rebels have not made the NCAA tournament since 2013 and have not won an NCAA tournament game since 2008.

The search for a new coach is underway.
