One of the best parts about the Super Bowl is the ability to gamble on the endless array of props. Super Bowl LIX will be a rematch between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Chiefs are ready to make history as they attempt to achieve the first three-peat in the Super Bowl era. Below are some props you can bet, I break down the best bets from the prop market.
Coin Toss
This is always a fun bet that a ton of people at your gathering or party will bet on. It’s not a matter of the analysis of the bet, this one is just about getting your feet wet and winning or losing your first bet before kickoff.
2-Point Props
I love the two-point play in football. It’s a sneaky way to add another layer of strategy to an already complex game. I am not a fan of the brotherly shove but I can’t argue against it’s effectiveness. I’d much rather a team try a “Philly Special” to try and fool the defense than just a rugby type scrum.
Game Props
These are two of the best teams in the league. It’s not really a surprise that they’re meeting in the Super Bowl for the second time in three years. Both of these head coaches have full faith in their quarterbacks and are aggressive in short yardage situations and on fourth downs.
Anytime Touchdown Props
Another fun prop you can discuss and argue about at your party is betting on which players will score touchdowns. There are always the usual suspects who play well in the red zone and are touchdown scorers along with surprises and touchdown vultures.
Super Bowl LIX MVP
Last but not least, we get to bet on who will actually win the MVP of this game. We’ve had some wild games in the past, but the MVP usually goes to the player who plays the best in this game. It’s no surprise to hear that Patrick Mahomes already has won 3 of these awards.
