Aces Liberty
This is the third and final meeting between these teams, with the Liberty winning the previous two. In their most recent match, A’ja Wilson scored 24 points and Sabrina Ionescu scored 23.
The Liberty beat the Aces 79-67 in their previous game despite missing star player Betnijah Laney-Hamilton. They will be completely healthy for this matchup, with no injuries reported.
With Wilson out, it will be interesting to see how they attempt to slow down the frontcourt tandem of Breanna Stewart and Jonquel Jones. Breanna Stewart currently averages 20.3 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game.
Jonquel Jones averages 14.7 points and 9.3 rebounds per game. Jonquel Jones had 34 points and 8 rebounds against the Aces in their first matchup.
This will be A’ja Wilson’s first missed game since 2019. It is uncertain how long Wilson will be out; she was seen entering the arena in a walking boot.

The backcourt of Chelsea Gray, Jackie Young and Kelsey Plum will need to have a huge game for the Aces. Kelsey Plum is coming off a big 27-point effort, which helped the Aces overcome the Sun. Gray ended with 13 points, including the biggest shot off a feed from Kelsey Plum to seal the game.

Jackie Young is hoping to bounce back today after only scoring two points on 1-6 shooting in her last game.
After this game, the Aces will have a couple days off before playing two games in three days against the Fever in Indiana.
