Seattle enters this game on a five-game winning streak after starting the season 1-3; they are currently 6-3, while the Aces are 5-2 with a one-game winning streak.
Storm Players to Watch
Nneka Ogwumike, who missed the previous game due to injury, is listed as day-to-day heading into the game against the Aces. Ogwuimike is a player to watch if she is able to play because she is one of the Storm’s new acquisitions, averaging 18.7 points per game while shooting 64% from the field and grabbing 7.3 rebounds per game.
Jewell Loyd, the Storm’s best scorer last year, is another player to watch in this matchup, as she leads them in scoring at 19.2 points per game.
Ezi Magbegor and Skylar Diggins round out the Storm’s top four scorers, averaging slightly more than 14 points per game on the WNBA’s top four scoring offense. Diggins is coming off a 17-point effort, while Magbegor is coming off a team-high 21 points and 9 rebounds, guiding the Storm to an 80-62 victory over the Phoenix Mercury.

Aces Players to Watch
One player to watch for on the Aces is the new addition Tiffany Hayes who made her debut last game against the Dallas Wings. Hayes finished the game with 11 points on 4-7 shooting well grabbing 6 rebounds and dishing out 4 assist.
Alysha Clark will face one of her old teams, the Seattle Storm, after scoring 9 points against the Wings, including three three-pointers. Clark has been a consistent offensive presence for this Aces team, but she will be key defensively in this game, helping the Aces in limiting Jewell Loyd.
Last but not least, A’ja Wilson is coming off a record-breaking 36 points, 12 rebounds, and 6 steals game. Wilson has been breaking records all season, and it will be intriguing to see how she follows up on that performance.
Both teams are undefeated in Commissioner Cup play, but only one will be able to remain undefeated.
