Saturday night, behind three double-digit scorers, the UNLV Lady Rebels beat the Fresno State Bulldogs 63-49 to improve to 20-2 and 10-1 in the Mountain West Conference.

Kiara Jackson led UNLV with her first career double-double, scoring 15 points and grabbing ten rebounds.
Desi-Rae Young collected her 45th career double-double of ten points and a team-high 14 rebounds (two offensive, 12 defensive). Amarachi Kimpson was also in double figures with ten points and two steals.
After the score was tied 6-6 early in the first quarter, UNLV went on a 10-0 run to extend their lead to 16-6, and UNLV never looked back.

The Lady Rebels dominated the paint and scored 40 points of their 63 inside the paint. Fresno State forced 13 UNLV turnovers and scored 13 points off them.
The Lady Rebels outshot the Bulldogs 43.5% (27 of 62) to 33.9% (19 of 56).
UNLV remains in sole possession of first place in the Mountain West standings with a conference record of 10-1.
The Lady Rebels still hold the overall series against the Bulldogs 25-21, and with today’s victory, UNLV remains undefeated against Fresno State under head coach Lindy La Rocque.
