UNLV basketball coach Josh Pastner continues to expand the roster for the upcoming season. There is growing excitement among UNLV fans about the latest addition.
Sebastian Mack, a former standout at Durango and Coronado, is transferring to the Rebels from Missouri. Mack was a four-star prospect and the top-ranked Nevada player in the class of 2023 according to 247Sports.
He was ranked among the Top 60 players nationally by Rivals.com. The 6-foot-3 guard began his collegiate career at UCLA, where he started 31 games over two seasons, averaging 12.1 points per game as a freshman and 7 points and 16 minutes per game last season. The move to unlv brings Mack’s journey back home.
As a senior at Coronado, Mack averaged 24 points, six rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game. Upon graduating high school, he selected UCLA over an offer from Florida State.
Mack joins Kota Suttle, Terrance Ford Jr., Jeremy Foumena, Tyler Harris, Jackson Kiss, Cam Miles, MJ Thomas, and Dontrez Williams as incoming players for the 2026-27 season. Additionally, Tyrin Jones and Issac Williamson have committed to return to the program, strengthening UNLV’s future prospects.
