Aces’ Champion Cheyenne Parker-Tyus Making Her Rounds Overseas

Parker-Tyus is staying sharp overseas after missing most of 2025 following the birth of her second child. The 2025 WNBA champion is aiming to help the Aces chase another title in 2026.

Parker-Tyus is a 2025 WNBA champion with the Aces, who plays the forward position on the team. She has spent recent offseasons playing overseas.

Parker-Tyus is one of the newest players added to the Aces roster, arriving this year from the Atlanta Dream in free agency. Unfortunately, she had to miss the whole 2025 season aside from two regular-season games and six postseason games due to the birth of her second child, Yoshua.

She has had a solid WNBA career so far, averaging 9.1 points, 5 rebounds and 1.1 assists on 48.8 percent from the field. With these stats she can fit into any roster and be a great piece for a contending team. But her stats overseas can’t be touched by what she’s achieved in the WNBA. In her most recent game playing for Shandong Women’s team in China she went ballistic scoring 23 points, with 6 rebounds and 2 blocks on 60 percent from the field. Using her size and footwork she was scoring at will and leading in a hard-fought loss against Xinjiang 79-82.

She also had another 20-point game and a win on December 13th against Wuhan, 87-76. These great performances are showing how great of a player she can be on any team.

With the WNBA season set to start in mid-May, Aces fans are confident she will keep growing as a player and help make another run to the Championship in 2026.
