The UFC’s annual return to England’s capital is officially locked in. The promotion announced Friday that UFC London will take place March 21 at the O2 Arena, continuing its long-running tradition of showcasing one of the sport’s most passionate fanbases.

The event marks the UFC’s first London stop since March of this year, when Sean Brady stunned former welterweight champion and hometown star Leon Edwards in the main event. While no matchups have yet been confirmed for the 2026 card, the promotion’s London shows have historically delivered significant divisional moments and breakout performances.

A Return to Tradition

Since 2007, London has become one of the UFC’s most reliable international destinations. The company skipped the city in 2024 opting instead for a summertime pay-per-view in Manchester and did not host events in 2020 or 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Every other year, London has remained a staple stop.

The O2 Arena has hosted many notable headliners over the years, including:

  • Tom Aspinall, the UK heavyweight now in the title picture

  • Darren Till, whose rise energized British MMA

  • Jimi Manuwa, a former light heavyweight contender

  • Michael Bisping, the country’s first UFC champion and Hall of Famer

With that lineage, expectations for UFC London 2026 will be high once the fight lineup is announced.

UFC’s 2026 Global Slate Taking Shape

The London booking is one piece of a broader, increasingly international 2026 calendar.

The promotion has already secured:

  • Two January pay-per-view events

  • A return to Sydney, Australia

  • A February card expected in Mexico

With London now confirmed for March, the UFC appears poised to continue expanding its global footprint something UFC CEO Dana White has said will be a major priority moving forward.
