Aces meet Indiana for decisive Game 5

With the series tied 2-2, game 5 between the Indiana Fever and the Las Vegas Aces is sure to have fireworks as the winner will advance to the WNBA Finals to face the No. 4 seeded Phoenix Mercury in Phoenix.

The WNBA Finals will begin Friday, October 3.

The two teams will tip-off for game 5 on Tuesday, September 30 at 6:30pm PT. The game will be televised nationally on ESPN2.

In game 4, the Aces came up short 90-83 on the road. They are now in an elimination game situation against Indiana.

Over the course of 4 games, the Aces have averaged higher numbers in virtually every statistical category. The difference in the series has been the free-throw line. The Fever have racked up 66 points compared to the Aces 47.

For the Aces to make a trip to the finals, the Aces must make a conscious effort to deter the Fever from the free-throw line.

Despite the Aces loss, the 2025 WNBA MVP A’ja Wilson scored 31 points and shot 58.3% from the floor. The Aces are 11-1 when Wilson scores 25+ points.

Jackie Young shot 6-of-10 from the floor and scored 18 points. The Aces are 7-2 when Young scores 10+ points.

Should the Aces come up with a win, they will advance to the WNBA Finals. The finals begin on Friday, October 3 with games one and two being played at the Michelob ULTRA Arena. Tip-off will begin at 5pm PT.
