Raiders Fans Reactions To 20-13 Season Opening Road Win Against New England

The Las Vegas Raiders opened their season with a gritty 20-13 victory over the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium, and Raider Nation had plenty to say about it. From defensive dominance to offensive frustrations. Despite the frustrations, a win on the road is something to definitely celebrated.

Raiders Must Find Run Game Consistency

The Raiders’ win in Foxborough showed grit, but it also exposed lingering questions about the offense. If Las Vegas wants to sustain success in 2025, they’ll need to unlock more production from their backfield rotation. Rookie Ashton Jeanty’s touchdown offered a glimpse of promise, but the offensive line must deliver more consistency to establish balance.

Chargers Up Next

That challenge gets no easier in Week 2. The Raiders now turn their attention to the Los Angeles Chargers, who are coming off a statement 27-21 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The Chargers showcased both offensive firepower and defensive resilience in that win, and they’ll arrive confident in their ability to disrupt another AFC West rival. For the Raiders, the game offers an immediate litmus test: can they protect the quarterback, generate a ground game, and keep pace in what’s shaping up to be one of the NFL’s most competitive divisions.

Fans Reactions

It’s always a good day when Raiders Nation can celebrate a win and it’s even better when they can take over the internet. After Las Vegas edged out the New England Patriots 20-13 in Foxborough, social media lit up with celebrations, cautious optimism, and classic overreactions.
