LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Aces lost to the Phoenix Mercury 76-70 tonight.
The Aces trailed the majority of the game and were unable to slow down the Mercury. A’ja Wilson was held out of this game with a concussion, the second consecutive game she’s missed.
Chelsea Gray led the Aces with 20 points, 10 rebounds and four assists. Jewell Lloyd added 17 points, six rebounds and two assists, while Jackie Young had 15 points but shot just 4/14 from the field. Satou Sabally led the Mercury with 22 points, nine rebounds, and three assists.
The Aces head to Minnesota to take on the Lynx on Tuesday.
