After getting ringing endorsements from local legends from the Peninsula of Virginia from Michael Vick and Allen Iverson. The so-called home coming turned into the most forgettable night in Keyshawn Davis’ career. Davis would lose his belt on the scales by weighing in over the 135 pound limit for 4 pounds which resulted in his fight getting cancelled. That wasn’t the worst thing that came out of his weekend.

On Saturday night after his brother would lose to Nahir Albright. Shortly after the fight there would be an altercation in the back with Keyshawn and his brother Keon as they would allegedly jump Albright according to him.

“They started walking up to me all tough, putting his head against mine, and then grabbed me,” Albright told Kriegel. “Then I was about to swing, but my team and everybody, they grabbed Keyshawn and everything, and it was crazy.”

Bad Blood

Albright and Keyshawn Davis have fought in the ring before. Davis defeated Albright by unanimous decision when the two met in 2023, but the decision was overturned to a no-contest when Keyshawn tested positive for marijuana. So this just wasn’t some isolated incident, these two aren’t the best of friends.

Keon Davis would take to social media to address the fight his fans about the brawl backstage. “On behalf of DB3 we apologize for conducting ourselves in that way tension was high and emotions got the best of us we will be back and better and more professional its ups and downs with this and we gone take what comes with it…. With that being said WE DIDDNT JUMP NOBODY,” Davis said in part.
