The NBA season culminated in the Finals with the Oklahoma City Thunder facing off against the Indiana Pacers.
The Thunder defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves in five games during the Western Conference finals, highlighted by NBA MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s four games with over 30 points.
On the other hand, the Pacers secured their spot in the Finals after defeating the New York Knicks in six games, led by Eastern Conference finals MVP Pascal Siakam and a standout Game 4 from Tyrese Haliburton.
While the Thunder are tremendous favorites to win this series (-700) there are still value to be found on some of the series props listed.
I would not recommend wagering on the Thunder to win this series at that -700 price. There are several other options, two of which we will discuss.
The first one is the series spread. The Thunder are favored to win this series in five games. You can bet the Thunder to win this series in exactly five games or less at -130 odds.
The other option you can bet, is the total games in the series. The series to go over 4.5 games is -375, however if you would like to bet the series to go over 5.5 games it is +125.
The second option is where the value is to be had. I’ve got the Thunder winning this series in 6 games, but would not be surprised if the Pacers forced a Game 7.
