Jon Jones says to Dana White: “I want that f— you money.”

After his TKO heavyweight match against Stipe Miocic, Jon Jones is in negotiations with Dana White to schedule fights for 2025. It was thought that Jones would retire after the fight, but the situation has seemingly taken a new direction.

According to The Sporting News, Jones was adamant before and after his match that he did not want to get in the octagon with interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall and that his match with Miocic was “more than likely” his last.

Jones’ only stipulation for fighting Tom Aspinall is that he is paid what he’s worth. As reported by the Sporting News, Dana White said that the fight between Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall is the only one to set.

Jon Jones is in negotiations with the UFC to have fights in 2025. In an interview with The Schmo, Jones said “If I give [Aspinall] the opportunity to fight me I want to be compensated. I want to say it, I want that f— you money.”

it is reported by Variety that UFC makes over a billion dollars annually. It clearly has the means to pay Jon Jones for the fight against Aspinall next year. Will UFC agree to pay Jon Jones appropriately for his talent or let him go? In the past, UFC has let fighters go for this exact reason.

It will be interesting to see if Dana White and UFC will work things out with Jones or lose out on a heavyweight of an opportunity.
