Butler was a key player on the Raiders defense once Antonio Pierce took over as head coach. He had three sacks in the season’s final three games, giving him five overall.
Butler, who originally joined the Raiders as a reserve/future signing following last season, has a rich career history. He was one of the former Patriots signings, having spent the first four seasons of his career in New England. He then moved to Miami in 2021 before joining the Raiders.
Butler will play a key role in the Raiders defensive line rotation.

Jenkins is a former third-round pick of the New Orleans Saints in 2013. He spent three years with the Saints before joining the Seattle Seahawks, New York Giants, Miami Dolphins, and the Chicago Bears.
Jenkins will be another crucial factor on the Raiders’ defense. He is expected to eat up blockers and stop the run.
