Philbin also worked with McCarthy for the Packers from 2006-2011, initially as an offensive line coach before being promoted to offensive coordinator in 2007.
During his tenure as head coach of the Dolphins from 2012-2015, Philbin accumulated a record of 24-28. Following McCarthy’s dismissal in 2018, he served as the interim coach for the Packers and led them to a record of 2-2.
