Antonio Pierce has expanded the Las Vegas Raiders coaching staff by hiring Joe Philbin, the former head coach of the Miami Dolphins, as a senior offensive assistant.

Philbin was the offensive analyst for the Ohio State Buckeyes in 2023. Prior to that, he served as the offensive line coach for the Cowboys from 2020-2022, working under Mike McCarthy. Philbin also worked with McCarthy for the Packers from 2006-2011, initially as an offensive line coach before being promoted to offensive coordinator in 2007.
