The Battle For Vegas charity sports event, which features professional athletes and celebrity guests from Las Vegas, will return for its seventh year on Saturday, June 27 at Las Vegas Ballpark in Downtown Summerlin.
Reilly Smith, winger for the Vegas Golden Knights, will once again serve as host and captain for his team. The high-profile event will also see Brock Bowers lead the Raiders squad as captain, representing the city of Las Vegas in this exciting matchup.
The Team Bowers roster includes Raiders players Eric Stokes, Mike Washington, Keyron Crawford, Kwity Paye, Jack Bech, Jalen Nailor, and Jonah Laulu. Notably, this event’s roster highlights talent connected to Las Vegas, with former Raiders linebacker Kirk Morrison, who is the franchise’s all-time leading tackler and current lead radio color analyst, also joining the team.
Nick Carter, a member of the Backstreet Boys, will perform the national anthem and participate as a player for Team Reilly. The event, set in the vibrant atmosphere of Las Vegas, promises additional details regarding the Team Reilly roster to be announced at a later date.
Since its inception in 2019, the event has raised more than $1.2 million for local nonprofit organizations. Proceeds from the 2026 event will support the Battle For Vegas Foundation and its community partners, including the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada and the Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, all making a significant impact in the Las Vegas region.
Gates will open at 6 p.m., followed by a home run derby at 7 p.m. and the first pitch at 8 p.m. This special event in Las Vegas will also include a flyover, mascot appearances, and a postgame fireworks display.
