Both Rebels and Lady Rebels take down the Air Force Falcons on Jan. 3, with a combined lead of 34 points. Giving both Rebel teams their first win in 2026.
Holding their ground on the defensive end, they only allowed the Falcons to win one of four quarters, being in the last where the Falcons scored 19 points to the Rebels’ 18. This win gave the Rebels their ninth win of the season. Sitting at a 9-5 record, holding third place in the Mountain West Division.
On the other hand, you had the men’s Runnin’ Rebels obliterate the Falcons 67-39 at home. With their next matchup coming on Feb. 21. This game was not even close with the Rebels outscoring the Falcons by 15 points at the half and only allowing them to score 19 in the second. The Rebels are not just a one-sided team, having key players play on both ends. When this team’s chemistry gets great, they will become a force to reckon with. This win gave the Rebels a 7-6 record, pushing them over .500.
