Kikuchi was dominant, issuing just one walk and striking out five, marking his finest outing of 2025. Meanwhile, Mike Trout showcased his classic skills, leading the offense with two RBIs.
The Angels are favored once again on Tuesday, as the Athletics find themselves 11 ½ games behind in the division standings. Jose Soriano (4-5, 4.11 ERA) will aim to deliver a solid performance against a struggling A’s team, going up against Mitch Spence (4-1, 2.09 ERA).
The total for this matchup has seen movement since the lines opened, now sitting at nine, which presents an interesting opportunity.
