Grammy award winning artist, Big Boi will have the honor of performing at halftime for the Las Vegas Aces debut game. This game will take place at Michelob Ultra Arena on May 14 where they matchup against the Phoenix Mercury.

Big Boi’s Career
Antwon Andre’ Patton, or Big Boi is half of the notorious duo the world knows as Outkast. Together Big Boi and Andre 3000 were awarded two Grammys and three of their songs made the Billboard Hot 100.
Patton has showcased his versatility as he has also became an actor and record producer since the hip hop band’s breakup. His solo career began in 2010 with the album titled Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty.
He has made appearances on shows like King of the Hill and Law and Order. Patton is also featured in films such as ATL and Superfly to name a few.
Big Boi has not been hesitant to still produce new music and in a new genre. Beginning as a hip-hop artist, Big Boi recently collaborated with Pastor Mike Jr. to create gospel art as well.

Aces Debut
Las Vegas will compete for the first time following their championship run where they defeated the New York Liberty for their second championship in a row. The Aces look to become historical as they chase the first three-peat in WNBA history.
It has been announced that the contest on Tuesday begins at 7pm, but fans should arrive early if they do not want to miss the festivities. The club will be handing out the championship rings and also unveiling the new championship banner for the first time.
Tuesday will be a night to mark on calendars with Big Boi performing and the celebration of the Aces successful 2023 season.
